Abstract

Projektet vurderer infrarød (IR) og nær-infrarød (NIR) spektroskopi som hurtige analyseværktøjer til at måle kvalitetsparametre i spiselige olier. Der udvikles kemometriske metoder (statistiske modeller til at fortolke spektrale data), og IR/NIR-resultaterne sammenlignes med referenceanalyser for at undersøge sammenhængen.

The project assesses infrared (IR) and near-infrared (NIR) spectroscopy as rapid analytical tools for measuring quality parameters in edible oils. It develops chemometric methods (statistical models for interpreting spectral data) and compares IR/NIR results with reference analyses to examine their correlation.
