Abstract
Dette speciale undersøger, hvor meget Danmarks Lærerforening (DLF), lærernes fagforening, kunne påvirke Rigsdagen—datidens parlament—i udarbejdelsen af skolelovene i 1899, 1903 og 1937. Undersøgelsen ser på DLFs formelle indflydelse, dvs. deres officielle adgang til at blive hørt og præge lovarbejdet. Hovedkonklusionen er, at DLFs formelle indflydelse steg markant i den første tredjedel af det 20. århundrede.
This thesis examines how much the Danish Union of Teachers (DLF) could influence the Rigsdag—the parliament of the time—when shaping school laws in 1899, 1903, and 1937. It focuses on DLF’s formal influence, meaning its official opportunities to be heard and to shape the legislative process. The main conclusion is that DLF’s formal influence increased markedly in the first third of the 20th century.
