Abstract

In this master’s thesis the author investigates the following problem statement “How and to what extend can digital game elements, based on Felder & Silverman’s Index of Learning Styles, be designed to uncover subjects’ preferred learning style dimensions?” To test this problem statement a game was developed based on Felder & Silverman’s theory on learning style dimensions. The game was tested on 23 people. The results showed no significant difference between the learning style dimensions tested in the game. However, this could be because of the small sample size.
