The aim of this project is to create an understanding regarding, the effects of the New public school reformations, impact on the educators (pædagogens) profession – identity. Furthermore the goal is to view, under which conditions, the social learning process in teams, in the public school, consisting of educators and teachers, is developed and can be understood. Due to new social and formal structures inside the public school, these teams finds themselves in a whole new situation in their daily job and at the same time, they themselves have the responsibility of figuring out, how to make this new workday obtain and reach the demands, that is the goal of the New public school reformation.
