Kvalitetsundersøgelse af GNSS RTK-måling

In this project a quality study of GNSS RTK-measurement is made. The pre-analysis clarifies how GNSS RTK func-tions and it will be examined which com-mercial RTK-services are available in Denmark. By interviewing three regis-tered land surveyors, their use of GNSS RTK-measurement and their hopes for future applications, will be clarified. In the main analysis of the project four problems will be the points of origin. Firstly, it will be tested how many epochs a GNSS-measurement has to be composed of. It is found that 10 epochs are optimal for a measurement. Secondly, the influence the distance to the nearest reference station has on the preci-sion, when commercial RTK-services are taken into use, will be tested. All RTK-services did get affected by the distance to some extend. It is found that SpiderNet works best on shorter distances. GPSnet.dk with GPS is the best in the plane from 7 kilometers, and GPSnet.dk with GPS/GLONASS is best at measuring the height from 3 kilometers. Thirdly, the precision of the GPS meas-urement or GPS/GLONASS with its own base station is investigated. The meas-urements did not get better by using GPS/GLONASS. The advantage of using one’s own base station rather than a commercial RTK service is that at shorter distances it’s more precise. Finally, it was tested whether the time of initializing is influenced by the RTK ser-vice and/or the distance to the reference station. GPS Referencen is the only one, in which time increased by the distance. Furthermore, GPS Referencen was the slowest and GPSnet.dk was the fastest.
