This research investigates the current relevant Information Communication Technology’ (ICT) implementation factors in small and medium enterprise of developing countries in Latin America.
The results show, that there is correlation between the factor cost and the software demand forecasting management and vendor management inventory. Furthermore, there are a correlation between CEOs experience in ICT use and the implementation factor “Easy implementation”. However, there are several individual positive and inverse correlations between the use of some ICT tools in supplied chain sub-process such as inventory management, costumer relationships
