With underlying basis in the method LEGO Serious Play the role of facilitating is investigated. Through a series of workshops there has been made user observations which have been interpreted into questions and finally answered. The answers takes it basis in an interview with Louise Møller Nielsen. Finally Richard Franciscos theory "The five levels of interpersonal communication" is investigated to study the influence on the workshop contenders.
