This master task produces a prototype for a didactic design to the videoconference used as a media through which education is communicated for the purpose of creating sufficient disruption and learning among participants. The development of the prototype is based on the method Design-Based Research and theory about didactic and designing Blended Learning. The videoconference is a new media and technology for the Danish Police, a public company with strong traditions to develop their own education as face to face courses. The development of the didactic design involves participants with long experience as teachers and developers of education.
