This project examines, within a systems theoretical frame, how to establish a strategic concept for a didactic design of a “teaching application”. This kind of teaching application can be described as a digital teaching tool, where no direct interaction between sender and recipients takes place as these are not present simultaneously. My proposal for a concept takes as a starting point the teacher and her didactic notions. Inspired by the research field Visual Culture, I suggest performative solutions and the social game as a media didactic strategy for a teaching application.
