This report lists eight long-term challenges for to Danish harbors, based on a series of interviews conducted with the Danish port managers and engineers, as well as a literature review of relevant documents that have concerned the ports. The challenges are broadly formulated, so they target the Danish commercial ports.

It is based on problems which the ports have faced or expect to face in the future, focusing on technical engineering disciplines.
