The purpose of the study is to create a strategy for Stråleterapien at Herlev hospital that can help them to continuously improve. The study is a single case study which analyzes Stråleterapien and suggests improvements through the use of Lean tools. The result of the analysis is that Stråleterapien already has several improvement intiatives, however, there is still room for improvement. Thus, the continous improvement could be integrated through one of the initiatives - SUMU-I and be driven by the employees.
