The desire for an individual to land his/her dream job is a “dream come through”, but if this same job turns out to be a burden or hazard due to overburdening of workloads then no one will embrace it with a smile. This research work recognizes the need to lower the degree of overburdening project manager and other core operational problems detected at AE Stålmontage A/S.
Implementation of TQM will enable the company to increase productivity, efficiency and provide a platform for continuous improvement in their working environment. Furthermore, by minimizing waste and cost without compromising quality of the final products of the company. Finally, result in increased profit margins and healthy standing on the market.
