Denne opgave undersøger, hvordan et teams udvikling kan forstås gennem en abduktiv analyse. En abduktiv tilgang bevæger sig frem og tilbage mellem observationer og teori for at formulere den mest plausible forklaring, i stedet for kun at teste faste hypoteser. Opgaven anvender tre forskellige teoretiske perspektiver til at belyse den samme udvikling. Formålet er at vise, hvordan hvert perspektiv fremhæver forskellige sider af processen, og dermed give et mere nuanceret samlet billede. Derudover diskuteres styrker og begrænsninger ved hvert perspektiv, samt hvordan de kan supplere hinanden i praksis.
This thesis explores how a team develops by using an abductive analysis. An abductive approach moves back and forth between observations and theory to build the most plausible explanation, rather than only testing fixed hypotheses. The study applies three different theoretical perspectives to examine the same development. The aim is to show how each perspective highlights different aspects of the process and to offer a more nuanced overall picture. It also discusses the strengths and limitations of each perspective and how they may complement one another in practice.
