Abstract
Strategier indenfor det danske sundhedsvæsen lægger op til inddragelse af patienter i eget behandlingsforløb. En sådan inddragelse kunne f. eks. være i forbindelse med dokumentationen der foretages ved kontakt med hospitalet. Dette projekt vil med udgangspunkt i et kirurgisk sengeafsnit, først lave en et kvalitativt single casestudie med henblik på at afdække eksisterende kultur og arbejdsgange omkring dokumentationen. Dernæst vil der med udgangspunkt i forandringsteorier bliver analyseret på, hvilke tiltag der kan hjælpe sygeplejerskerne i sengeafsnittet med implementering af inddragelse af patienten ved dokumentation. Analysen vil føre til konkrete handlingsanvisninger med udgangspunkt i sengeafsnittet. Der laves et nedslag i forhold til at skabe en brændende platform, og dette følges op af fremadrettede forslag til tiltag. Konklusionen på projekt er, at ved implementering af grundlæggende ændringer i sygehusvæsenet, skal der arbejdes med forandringsledelse for at sikre en succesfuld implementering. Og sidst, men ikke mindst hvis ”inddragelse af patienten ved dokumentation” skal lykkedes, må der ske et paradigmeskifte i sygehusvæsenet.
Strategies within the Danish health set the involvement of patients in their own treatment. Such involvement could for example be for the documentation made by contact with the hospital. This project will be based on a surgical unit, first we will make a qualitative single casestudy in order to identify existing culture and work processes documentation. Next, which based on the theories of change analyzed on the actions that can help the nurses in the unit, with the implementation of the involvement of the patient by documentation. The analysis will lead to concrete action instructions based on the unit. The project will propose to create a burning platform, and this is followed up by forward-looking proposals for action. The conclusion of the project is that the implementation of fundamental changes in the hospital systems, we will work with change management to ensure a successful implementation. And last but not least, if "the involvement of the patient by documentation" should be successful, there must be a paradigm shift in the hospital system.
