Abstract

Mange softwareprojekter mislykkes. Dette speciale undersøger, om systematisk refleksion kan hjælpe teams med at forbedre deres arbejde. Det præsenterer en ny metode, der kombinerer refleksion på individ- og teamniveau. Den individuelle refleksion støttes af et softwareværktøj, der guider brugeren gennem spørgsmål og samtaler. Teamrefleksionen understøttes af et brætspil, hvor teamet diskuterer forbedringstemaer baseret på brugergenererede spørgsmål. Projektet er forankret i designvidenskab og anvender Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM).
