Specialet undersøger, hvordan medarbejdere i NGO-branchen oplever professionalisering, og hvordan disse udviklinger påvirker deres følelse af at lave meningsfuldt arbejde. Her forstås professionalisering som mere formaliserede arbejdsformer, procedurer og mål. Specialet afsluttes med en artikel, der diskuterer NGO-branchens partnerskaber med private virksomheder, baseret på de erfaringer og perspektiver, der præsenteres i specialet.
This thesis explores how employees in the NGO sector experience professionalization and how these developments influence their sense of meaningful work. Here, professionalization refers to more formalized ways of working, procedures, and goals. The thesis concludes with an article that discusses the NGO sector’s partnerships with private companies, drawing on the experiences and perspectives presented in the thesis.
