Specialet undersøger, hvordan sagsbehandlingsretorik i skriftlige afgørelser kan anvendes til at forebygge konflikt, med særligt fokus på samværsafgørelser i Statsforvaltningen. Med afsæt i klassisk og moderne retorik præsenteres den retoriske situation (påtrængende problem, publikum og tvingende omstændigheder), argumentationsteori (bl.a. This thesis examines how procedural rhetoric in written administrative decisions can be used to prevent conflict, with a particular focus on contact (visitation) decisions issued by the Danish State Administration.
