Resumé
Specialet er en del af det tværfaglige projekt Sunde Samtaler og undersøger, hvordan kommunikation kan fungere som en bro mellem medicinsk praksis og det enkelte menneske, samt hvordan kommunikationstræning for medicinstuderende på Aalborg Universitet kan udvikles eller videreudvikles. Med udgangspunkt i patienters oplevede behov og hyppige klager over utilstrækkelig dialog fokuserer specialet på at kvalificere læge-patient-kommunikationen gennem et humanistisk perspektiv på kommunikation. Metodisk arbejder forfatterne hermeneutisk og anvender pragmatisk sprogbrugsanalyse, blandt andet med Roman Jakobsons kommunikationsmodel som ramme, og de analyserer centrale undervisningsressourcer og modeller i lægers kommunikationstræning, herunder Teaching and Learning Communication Skills in Medicine og Calgary-Cambridge-modellen. Der diskuteres teoretiske og metateoretiske antagelser samt konsekvenser for praksis med henblik på konceptudvikling af undervisningen. This thesis is part of the interdisciplinary Sunde Samtaler project and explores how communication can act as a bridge between medical practice and the individual, as well as how communication training for medical students at Aalborg University can be developed or refined. Motivated by patients’ reported needs and frequent complaints about inadequate dialogue, the thesis aims to strengthen doctor–patient communication through a humanistic understanding of communication. Methodologically, the authors adopt a hermeneutic approach and use pragmatic language-use analysis, drawing on Roman Jakobson’s communication model, and they analyze key teaching resources and models used in medical communication training, including Teaching and Learning Communication Skills in Medicine and the Calgary-Cambridge model. The work discusses theoretical and metatheoretical assumptions and practical implications to inform the design of a training concept.
