Abstract
The Intercultural workforce of NEAS is characterized by huge availability of knowledge through the presence of diverse cultural identities. However, the are limited from benefiting from these diverse knowledge because they are stock their cultural pattern. The creative platform is the presented as a theory which argues that the cultural patterns of the intercultural workforce could be reduced. Thus the aim of this research is to create an platform whereby cultural identities could benefit from their colleagues experience. In order to gain personal in-depth understanding of the fluidity and the complexity between intercultural collaboration patterns, cultural identity and creativity, we adopted case study because it is considered suited for exploratory investigation addressing the questions of “why” and “how”(Yin, 2003., pg 22). We there choose NEAS to case to perform an action research. Our choice of action research is to optimize intercultural collaboration in a practical manner which will encompass the assortment of knowledge each participant in the group brings and improves on the way information is exchanged.
