Specialet undersøger betydningen af autoritetsstyring i organisatoriske ibrugtagningsprocesser. Med autoritetsstyring menes, hvordan beslutningsmyndighed er fordelt og udøves i en organisation. Ibrugtagningsprocesser dækker over, hvordan nye tiltag, systemer eller arbejdsgange bliver indført. Specialet belyser, hvorfor fordelingen af beslutningskraft kan påvirke forløbet og udfaldet af sådanne forandringer.
This thesis explores the importance of authority governance in organizational adoption processes. Authority governance refers to how decision-making power is distributed and exercised within an organization. Adoption processes concern how new initiatives, systems, or work practices are introduced. The thesis highlights why the distribution of authority can influence the course and outcomes of such changes.
