Specialet udforsker betydningen af autoritetsstyring i organisatoriske ibrugtagningsprocesser.
The thesis explores the implications of a centralized, authoritative approach to implementation and individual adoption of information technology in organizational contexts. A theoretical framework is developed drawing on ideas from the research areas Diffusion of Innovations, Organizational Theory and Change Management.
