Abstract

Denne kandidatopgave foreslår en ny folkeskolebygning på området ved Gl. Hasseris Skole i den vestlige del af Aalborg. Målet er at skabe en skole, der kan tilpasse sig mange undervisningsformer i en hurtigt foranderlig skolehverdag, med fleksibel indretning og varierede læringsmiljøer. For at forstå elevernes behov bygger projektet på grundlæggende viden om børns udvikling samt en gennemgang af den nye skolereform og dens indvirkning på lærere og elever, baseret på interviews med lærere, skoleledere og kommunen. De lokale omgivelser analyseres, og den rekreative plads Rotunden fremhæves som vigtig, ligesom indeklimaet betragtes som centralt for et godt læringsmiljø. Designprocessen er integreret og fokuserer på forskellige læringsmiljøer samt termiske (temperatur), atmosfæriske (luft og stemning) og visuelle (lys) kvaliteter. Bygningens form udvikles med udgangspunkt i stedet, og indretningen tilpasses de enkelte brugergrupper. Kravene til indeklima opfyldes og bidrager til et stimulerende læringsmiljø. This master’s thesis proposes a new public school building on the site of Gl. Hasseris Skole in western Aalborg. The goal is to create a school that can adapt to many teaching methods in a fast-changing educational landscape, with flexible interiors and varied learning environments. To understand pupils’ needs, the project draws on basic insights into child development and a review of the new school reform and its effects on teachers and students, informed by interviews with teachers, principals, and the municipality. The local context is analyzed, highlighting the recreational area Rotunden as important, and the indoor environment is treated as central to good learning.
