Abstract
Specialet undersøger, hvordan ledere i Region Nordjylland oplever og anvender et digitalt onboardingværktøj i en pilotfase, samt hvilke betingelser og barrierer der præger implementeringen på tværs af tre testafdelinger. Empirien består af semistrukturerede interviews med fire afdelingsledere og en projektleder samt udvalgt projektmateriale. Analysen som et kvalitativ, eksplorativt casestudie med Kotters forandringsmodel (trin 1-6) og Normalization Process Theory (NPT) som analytiske rammer.
This thesis explores managers in the North Denmark Region experience and use a digital onboarding tool during a pilot phase, and which conditions and barriers shape implementation across three test departments. The empirical material includes semi-structured interviews with four department managers and a project manager, supplemented by selected project documents. The study is a qualitative, exploratory case study using Kotter's change model (seps 1-6) and Normalization Process Theory (NPT) as analytical frameworks.
