Abstract
Afhandlingen undersøger facilitatorens rolle (den person, der guider workshoppen) med udgangspunkt i LEGO Serious Play, en workshopmetode, der bruger LEGO-klodser til at understøtte fælles refleksion og dialog. I en række workshops blev der lavet brugerobservationer, som efterfølgende blev fortolket og omdannet til konkrete spørgsmål med henblik på at optimere facilitatorrollen. Besvarelserne på disse spørgsmål tager udgangspunkt i et interview med Louise Møller Nielsen. Derudover blev Richard Franciscos teori 'De fem niveauer for interpersonel kommunikation' afprøvet på en gruppe studerende for yderligere at undersøge facilitatorens mulige påvirkning på workshopdeltagernes kommunikation.
This thesis examines the facilitator’s role (the person who guides the workshop) using LEGO Serious Play, a workshop method that uses LEGO bricks to support shared reflection and dialogue. Across several workshops, observations of participants were conducted, then interpreted and turned into specific questions aimed at optimizing the facilitator role. Answers to these questions are grounded in an interview with Louise Møller Nielsen. In addition, Richard Francisco’s theory 'The Five Levels of Interpersonal Communication' was tried out with a group of students to further explore the facilitator’s possible influence on workshop participants.
