Abstract
This master's thesis seeks to develop a generic and practice-oriented framework that can help organizations create sustainable IT projects. The framework is based on a review that combines literature from the areas Human Cognition, Knowledgesharing, Project Management and new relevant Management litterature. By using the framework as a mindset organizations will be able to create better alignment between their strategy and project deleveries, better stakeholder integration and management as well as increase and systemize reflections on challenges and opportunities, which may have significance on the project and it’s added value. The framework is designed to accomplish these three tasks by helping the project participants thorugh the following three steps: (Re)act, (Re)involve and (Re)think.
