Dette projekt undersøger, hvordan det internationale arketypekoncept, særligt openEHR, kan anvendes til at udtrykke sundhedsfagligt indhold (SFI) i elektroniske patientjournaler (EPJ) i en dansk kontekst. Tilgangen er en analytisk gennemgang af begreberne arketyper og SFI, herunder openEHR-arkitektur og SFI’s forskellige aspekter, efterfulgt af en syntese af relationerne mellem dem. Arbejdet er informeret af litteratur, danske SFI-materialer og et interview. Projektet konkluderer, at openEHR-arketyper er velegnede til den del af SFI, der omfatter struktur og semantik af EPJ-data samt standardiserede kliniske ind- og uddatasæt. For andre SFI-aspekter, såsom arbejdsgange, beslutningsregler og repræsentation på brugergrænsefladen, kræves yderligere afklaring af, hvordan de bedst kan udtrykkes. For at realisere udvikling og anvendelse af SFI i praksis peger projektet på behovet for at vælge egnede specifikationsformater og at organisere indsatsen på lokalt, regionalt, nationalt og internationalt niveau.
This project examines how the international archetype concept, particularly openEHR, can be used to express standardized clinical content (SFI) in electronic health records (EHR) in a Danish context. The approach is an analytical review of the concepts of archetypes and standardized clinical content, including the openEHR architecture and the various facets of SFI, followed by a synthesis of the relationships between them. The work is informed by literature, Danish SFI materials, and an interview. The project concludes that openEHR archetypes are well suited to the subset of standardized clinical content that covers the structure and semantics of EHR data and standardized clinical input and output datasets. Other aspects of standardized clinical content—such as workflows, decision rules, and user interface representation—require further clarification on how they can be expressed. To realize the development and application of SFI in practice, the project highlights the need to select suitable specification formats and to organize efforts at local, regional, national, and international levels.
